RETURN POLICY

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached and returned in their original packaging.
  • We are not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.
  • All returns must include an order packing slip or return invoice. Packages returned without this may cause a delay in the return process. 
  • All returns must be reported within 14 days from received date.
  • Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 14 days of delivery.

 

REFUND POLICY

  • We do not offer refunds, exchanging items is acceptable and/or you can return the item for store credit.
  • In the event of an exchange, shipping and handling charges of returned merchandise are on the client's expenses.
  • PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL FINAL SALE ITEMS MARKED IN THE DESCRIPTION, ACCESSORIES CANNOT BE EXCHANGED.

HOW TO RETURN YOUR ITEMS

1. Please email hi@thepersonalcode.com with your order number to receive your return invoice

1. Send it back to the address provided. You may send it using any courier of choice. We do suggest using a Trackable service as we are not held liable for parcels that are lost en route back to us. 

3. Our team will inspect the item(s) once received and will process store credit.

 

HOW TO RETURN FAULTY ITEMS

1. Please email hi@thepersonalcode.com with photos of your faulty item and your order number.

2. Send it back to the address provided. You may send it using any courier of choice. We do suggest using a Trackable service as we are not held liable for parcels that are lost en route back to us. 

3. Our team will inspect the item(s) once received and process either a replacement or refund if the item is no longer available.
