RETURN POLICY

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached and returned in their original packaging.
  • We are not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. 
  • All returns must include an order packing slip or return invoice. Packages returned without this may cause a delay in the return process. 
  • All returns must be reported within 30 days from received date.
  • A $5 restocking fee applies to all returns.

 

EXCHANGES

  • We do not provide direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item and place a new order for the replacement.

 

FINAL SALE

  • PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL ITEMS MARKED AS FINAL SALE IN THE DESCRIPTION, AS WELL AS ALL ACCESSORIES, ARE FINAL AND CANNOT BE RETURNED.

HOW TO RETURN YOUR ITEMS

1. Returns may be requested within 30 days of delivery by emailing hi@thepersonalcode.com with your order number and the reason for the return

2. Our team will review your request and, if approved, a pre-paid shipping label will be provided for the return

3. A $5 restocking fee applies to all returns, and refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned items have been received and inspected

2. Our team will review your request and, if approved, a pre-paid shipping label will be provided for the return

3. Our team will inspect the item once received and process either a replacement or refund.
