Shipping Fee Deduction on Full Returns

If your original order qualified for free shipping (e.g., orders over $75) and you return all items from that order, the actual shipping cost we incurred will be deducted from your store credit. This is because the free shipping benefit no longer applies when the entire order is returned.

Example:
If your order total was $80 and you received free shipping, but you return all items, and our shipping cost was $7, your store credit will be $73.

Partial Returns and Shipping Fees

If you return only part of your order, we will not retroactively deduct any shipping fees—even if the remaining items fall below the free shipping threshold.

Example:
If you ordered $90 worth of items and received free shipping, and later return $30 worth of items, you will receive $30 in store credit. We will not charge back the shipping fee on the remaining $60.
